There are some situations that do not respond to prayer, not to fasting, but to Divine praise.
Like the saying, "Prayer moves mountains but praise moves God".
Realistically, It is only when a person has done something that you praise that person or when you're sure the person will do it. The same applies, usually, when we see what God has done, we praise Him, but a situation in which we haven't seen it, but we already praise Him for it, that ceases to be ordinary worship, it becomes a breakthrough inducing worship that is the kind of Worship that provokes God to your case. Sometimes when you find it hard to believe in God, just start praising him.
Praise leads to belief and belief leads to Faith...
