There is no cause for alarm. Prof. Charles Soludo is the real APGA candidate recognised by law. He was lawfully nominated by the real APGA exco recognized by INEC and delegates in the primaries monitored by INEC.

All efforts by Umeorji is just a waste of resources and time. His faction is not recognised by law. He should prove he and his cohorts were duly elected in a convention. He has no legal basis for declaring himself as party chairman.

He keeps disturbing the courts, if he likes, he should go to Sokoto or Borno to get injunctions.

INEC has done the needful.
