Since the takeover of the Islamic State of Afghanistan by the Taliban, many commentators, including foreigners have likened the insecurity and situation in the Northern part of Nigeria to that of Afghanistan.
People now fear that the current situation in the Northern part of Nigeria is how it all began in Afghanistan.

This has also not been helped by the alleged jubilation by some leaders in Northern Nigeria, reveling in the takeover and posting same on social media.

As concerned Nigerians, do you think we should be worried that the Afghanistan situation in Nigeria is only a matter of time?

Yes, because hisbah, bokoharam, fulani herdmen , bandits and iswap are out talibans under fulani- kauri hegemony. Pashtun tribe has been dominating afghanistan politics for centuries. They even fought to annex other smaller tribes in the name of Islam.
Talibans first captured villages before attacking cities. Nigeria talibans are also displaying villagers in many parts of North. SW villages are under threat. Ruga or grazing zone is political hegemony attempt to form fulani enclaves in many parts of the country. In the next 50 to 100 years, simultaneous attacks would be launched. Jihadists are patients, they don't give up. But they would not succeed because unlike Afghanistan, roughly half of Nigeria popuoations are Christians or animals.
Muslims in the south are the willing tools but many of them now realize that Islam is a tool being used by fulani- kanuri hegemony to dominate them.
