Did i just read Witcher is better than The Outsider??. I'm not taking y'all ratings serious anymore. Ama watch the trailer first

Finally finished watching The outsider.
A well executed series, the music resonates with the happenings in the show. It was superbly directed and the actors were excellent.
The final episode was also grand.Buh it's got many unanswered question, so I'm guessing there will be season 2.

All in all, Its satisfying and enjoyable. I rate it 7/10.
Its a dark and creepy show tho, so viewers discretion is strongly advised.

Any recommendations on new series to watch.

My guess is you haven't watched Breaking Bad.

It's wiser to watch Breaking Bad first before delving into Better Call Saul to get acquainted with the background and characters.

Better Call Saul is a slow burn that has a more complex plot than it's sequel, Breaking Bad.

Whereas Breaking Bad is a wild ride from start to finish with narcotics the central principal, Better Call Saul is slow burning and multifaceted in the sense that there are multiple themes driving the story; It's a legal themed drama, a narcotics themed drama, and a crime drama rolled into one.

It has a lot in common with Sneaky Pete, it was a lot in common with Damages, it has a lot in common with Narcos, it has a lot in common with Bosch. It's a very multilayered tv show.

And, the choice Wendy had to make in the end, oh boy!

Bipolar and bat-shit crazy is almost the same thing

Bipolar goes in hand with depression and mania

The manic phase is the bat-shit crazy... And it's mania first before depression

The difference between bipolar and pure mania is the duration and other things sha.... All psychiatry signs and symptoms are intertwined.... But there is still some definite signs in making a diagnosis and differentials

As for Wendy.... She's another definition of breaking good to bad.... But I like her, how her story changed... From the cheating guilt ridden wife to whatever she is now.... She manipulates people.. And she gets what she wants... Very good at what she does... But I wasn't surprised with her decision... I guessed right at the point she discovered he bought a phone... She assumed he's a lost cause and will get them killed, but c'mon that's your brother, no matter what

I think that's what got Helen killed though.... In the beginning... She was tortured but won't snitch on her husband, and navarro knows he must know something whereas Wendy gave her brother up
It must weigh in his decision on whom to trust, couple with the moves Helen was making, even though I though she had his permission and go ahead... Albeit... He was in a vulnerable state, but it eventually came down to who proved more useful

Finished watching A Very English Scandal yesterday. It's an interesting British series with only 3 episodes...

Currently watching 9 1 1 and i am already hooked on the show...

I am the number one fan of HOMELAND. Loves it for always portraying the real life terrorism and government politics events as they unfolds in various part of the world.
I hope the series continues....

I wouldn't blame the Byrde family somuch, it was more like a struggle for survival, season 1 did a good job in showing us how they were forced to join the cartel.

They should have fled after delivering the casino, but the desire for power was too much. I think Wendys ambitions in particular put them in jeopardy.

Funny enough,I was discussing this with someone on twitter about Wendy putting them in jeopardy this 3rd season,they could have easily disappeared to gold coast,but then Wendy became power hungry and don't blame her,its only human..its just like the tale of walter white in breaking bad who initially started with good intentions,but at the end greed,power overtakes us..

I think going forward we would see a different version of Wendy..a very cold one..now that the children are aware that their mother authorized the killing of their uncle..besides as for killing Ben,it was inevitable.remember what Helen told Wendy that the problem wasn't that he told her daughter,but in the future,he would still tell other people..
If only Wendy had listened to Marty the first time he brought up the idea of putting Ben in a private mental facility that he looked up,but power driven Wendy refused,insisting that she could handle it
