Season 1 of GOT I was confused AF, the names, the family, they were just too much for me to understand at the time.

Took 2nd season before I really got to vibe with it.

You should see the books. 1000 pages with tons of characters you'd be glad of the references at the end.

No disrespect to Hbo and it's vampire series called true blood but CW's the originals is greater than True blood anyway and anytime.

The originals and the michelson's still have cult followers on instagram and facebook even till this day.

True Blood was actually a nice show, Vampire Bill and Sookie Stakehouse were great characters. I will definitely rewatch.

The Originals was also good, the two show depicted vampire lore in slightly different ways.

Currently watching Narcos: Mexico Season two - decided to do a google search on some of its characters and discovered that this series can afford to run for another 10 seasons if not more.

The Mexican drug war is very vast and intertwined with so many stories to tell. Even minor/supporting characters will go on to become major drug figures themselves. Imagine my surprise to discover one of the characters is the infamous El Chapo.

Wanted to check out another drug series "El Chapo", but it runs more like a soap opera without the violence and sexiness to make it edgy.

That's because, the introduction of Klaus to TVD was so epic and well written, the "love hate" me relationship with Caroline was a good spin, so fans wanted to see more of it, hence the "The Originals", which was solid in the first 3 seasons, lost their way in S4 and it became total drag to watch, and they ultimately had to end it cuz there was no way they could take it any further, Julie Plec couldn't just leave when the ovation was loudest, decided to spin it off again to "Legacies" which is completely unwatchable now and useless.
