Obi1kenobi: I've seen some really great series like "The Wire" and "The Sopranos" but "Breaking Bad" has to be the best I've seen. It builds slowly in each season to a brilliant climax, so it's big shame many with short attention spans who love cheap thrills like Spartacus or "Legend of the Seeker" won't get to enjoy this truly incredible show.
Just perfectly written, acted, directed, produced and edited. I'll miss the show for sure. Nothing out there at the moment compares to it.

We hav d same taste in movies.I hate dat Spartacus.
Legend of d seeker was childish.
I even prefered Merlin 2it though I'm not an adventure movie persn.
I so so loved The Sopranoes til d end of d world.I'm yet 2c d movie dat'l beat it.
Then came "Breakin bad" whch got me glued 2my screen lik my heart racing&sh*t.Walter;Jesse;Walter White's brother inlaw;Saul d lawyer?? Were lik thickin bombs. Oh my gush!! Where wil I start.

Obi1kenobi: "Homeland" looked like it would become my new favourite but I'm not digging the Season 3 so far.

Then came "Homeland" in whch d season 1&2 was deck but season 3 is bullsh*t.They're tryin 2copy 24.Season 3/4 (d part where Miguel&Tony claimed they were doin undercover operation wen evrybody thought Miguel was a mole then cam d twist.I'm so angry at dis Homeland season 3.D mix up didn't follow cos Saul testified infront of d senate&Carrie acted lik sh didn't knw Saul wud rat her out&d whole psychiatric confinement sh*t.Inshort I'm so losin interest in Homeland.

Fringe was ok.Managed 2watch it but season 5 was crap.
The Borgias is good just lik Tudors but none of dem beat "Rome" in my opinion.
I'm still missing Desparate housewives

So so loved The Event; Dirty Sexy Money.&No Ordinary family.Was sad d 3 shows got cancelled.

I also enjoyed watchin One three Hill;OC;Gossip girls;Lost;Prison Break;The Unit;The Shield;Kyle XY;Heroes&Smallville; wen I was in school.

I'v not seen True blood;vampire diaries;supernatural cos I'm not really in2 adventure/sci-fi&vampire films or films where ppl hav abilities though I enjoyed 4400.

Havn't seen "Touch" cos frm d advert,I don't knw wot d serie wil b al abt.I watch LawℴCSI;perception;body of evidence&Mentalist on DSTV but its not d kind of series I'l lose sleep 2watch cos I'm not 2 into cop movies except BLUE BLOOD(so good).24 was good too

TWD for me is the best series I've ever seen after lost the show is fully packed with action and horror , if you are a horror or adventure fan you will surely love it..... And there is a thread about it here on nairaland you check it out.

East West 101 is a police crime drama. A very unique one at that,based around a muslim Aussie cop.
some folks say it is the best police drama series they ever watched,i am not sure about that but i agree that it is a fine gem of a series.

For gangstar: Give Brotherhood another try and try and see all 3 seasons this time. Check out The Black Donellys. It was not renewed for a 2nd season but it was very good. Check out Underbelly (season 1 only, the following seasons are crap).
For a different kind of crime/police: try Scott and Bailey. I loved all 3 season of it.
If you liked Wire:check out all 6 seasons of Homicide-Life on the street. It is touted to be the forerunner to the Wire.
For family drama: If you liked the likes of greys and Sex and the city and you are a fan of british tv,try Mistresses (the British original not the US remake showing presently).
