To that I never object, but having been among those who are educated from that region I see a sincere, hardworking and trusted individual. With proper western education, the North will be free from all this. We only need break the shackles of the Northern Elites.

But how effective is the program.
No course for alarm some where on the lagos island we got wind of two individuals who were associated with boko haram.
We couldn't communicate with the police nor DSS because it will just be a hear say without any tangible evidence.
So we decided to conduct our own investigation, all information gather pointed to a route used by the insurgents to attack or defect.
After establishing that the two men where of great interest, they went off the radar.
We then concluded that it's either some where along the line they have an informant or they are part of the repentant program.
Because even though our investigation was covert and discrete in nature we intentionally have out a hint and it would take someone with deep knowledge to unwrap it.
My conclusion these guys are in the south, it's up to southern NIGERIANS to start setting up measures to ensure their safety.
