‍I was once indulged in the sordid act of Masturbation.
I cried many times after indulging in the act because it became an addiction, torment, and a tool of self -destruction that the demon behind the evil act chained my soul with.

I pray many times to God to deliver me from it, but it seems like God never heard me, because I could remember; after each prayer for deliverance, I would take my bath to wash of the stains, then immediately before changing clothes ;I would take hold of my phone ;put on porn movies, and then masturbate right there where I offered the prayers .
And I would ended up masturbating two to three times a day.
What an irony!

After each round, I would cry, sorb and tell God, "lord forgive me, I would never do it again, please deliver me from this thing."

At first ; I would have the feelings of  being delivered, then; boom!
I would find myself doing it again.
While doing It, I would enjoy the pleasure it brings, and would feel like there should be no end to it.
But immediately after releasing spe*m
I would detest the act, and have intense hatred and bitterness toward myself.

So I thought: like I've heard from some folks, "there is surely no remedy or breaking free from Masturbation once one is addicted to the act."
I am finished!
I cried "O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death!": Romans 7:24

But I have a good news for you.
And the good news is that" if you are addicted to Masturbation, you can break free from it - I am a living testimony.

How it happened:
I Was invited to a christian discipleship meeting, and After praying radically at the meeting, one day, I had a dream. and in the dream it was shown to me how my carelessness, pride and prayerlessness led to my falling into the temptation to masturbate.
I was also shown how a woman
(probably a demon )was wrestling with me without my knowledge, and how I gave up the fight, surrender to her demands, and end up masturbating, releasing sp*rm from which she drank .

I'm not trying to fake a story but I'm telling you what I saw clearly in that vision of the dream.


after waking up from sleep; with the knowledge of the secret behind my predicament; I was vexed; and angered, and determined to put an end to the mess once and for all.

So knowing fully well that when ever I was praying , a demon would be present to resist, tempt, and drink from my sp*rm if I succumbed to the her temptation, I declared a war against time, and against my flesh. 
I prayed like I have never done before in my life.
I was wild, brutal, and blowing hot in tongues, and other powerful spirit inspired utterances.
Then after some time, the holy spirit inspired me to literally spank my flesh (body)

I obeyed, I began spanking my body

although i felt terrible pains, I never cared, all I wanted was  freedom.
(you might be wondering :na which kain deliverance be dis? Shuuuu! )
It wasn't easy sir!
(before nko) if you are bond by the pleasures of sin
then the only way you will be freed is through the pains and sufferings of jesus christ being experienced in your body .
so I was determined, no retreat no surrender, the language was" if I perish I perish;
as for me "I will not die but live to declare the works of the lord in the land of the living.

so I battled hard with the flesh till it was clear that the Assyrian had fled
then I said" the battle is won, and to God be the glory, "

You might be wondering "why the need to spank the flesh?"
I was shown in that dream how this spirit caress the body of men in order to arouse lustful passion in them, and the Holy Spirit knowing that,  told me to spank the body because she would attempt to caress me spiritually even while I pray, .
and after praying, I would then find myself doing exactly what I pray against, and thereby making the prayer of no effect, I would then think God doesn't want to Answer my prayers .
It is called "mortification of the flesh," so that one can live in obedience to the Spirit.


The scriptures says in 1 Peter 4:1
[1]Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,.

It also says in Romans 8:12-13
[13]For if you live according to [the dictates of] the flesh, you will surely die. But if through the power of the [Holy] Spirit you are [habitually] putting to death (making extinct, deadening) the [evil] deeds prompted by the body, you shall [really and genuinely] live forever.

And then also in Colossians 3:5
[5]So kill (deaden, deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members [those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you that is employed in sin]: sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed and covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).

Then the holy Spirit of God said "she (the demon) would try to return, so cast out the appetite for the thing that would give her access into your life again, Some of which are, social media platforms(till the time you can control your activities there in a moderate manner) , stay away from  movies with lustful contents,  songs with sexual and immoral lyrics or contents .
Worldly, and ungodly friends, for bad company corrupt good habits.
And then exchange them with godly appetites like meditating the scriptures
,fasting every week, praying for long (including tongues) reading books that help edifies, and build your faith

Because as a christian, your language should be
1 Corinthians 6:12
[12]All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

[23]All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify.

Because prayer would cure the symptoms, but it's your habit that would determine whether the root of your addiction would be defeated or not, For in Matthew 12:43-44 our Lord Jesus christ said
[43]“When an evil spirit comes out of a person, it travels through dry places looking for a place to rest, but it finds none.
[44]So it says, ‘I will go back to the home I left.’ When it comes back, it finds that home still empty. It is all neat and clean.

"It finds that home still empty" means "you didn't replace those appetites with godly ones,
" It is all neat and clean " means there is still space for the demon to occupy in your life because you didn't go rid of the things that gives way to her in your life.
so the demon would have access into your life again, that is why many people prayed for deliverance, having been delivered, after some times they fell back into it, and they don't seems to know why.
It is simply because Praying alone can't change anything, because even while you pray, the demon is also doing it own work, so nothing will change.
It is what you began to do after prayer that will determine your permanent results.

If you finish praying then go and put on immoral movies, or listen to ungodly music or go online to gaze at pictures or videos on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, nairaland, etcetera , you will surely end up masturbating again ,and again.
soThe key is to stay there where you pray in the presence of the lord, in fasting, meditating the scriptures
(especially the book of Romans chapter 5 6 7,and 8, and the book of galatians chapter 5) and then wait upon the lord in total silence of body, mind, and spirit till his glory robs on you .

These things should remain your life style perpetually.

I pray that those who are in this bondage will practice this if indeed you realy want to be free .
Take note: don't spank your body till you damage your organ but do as you are led to do .
dont spank your eyes ,manhood,ears,mouth,nose ,stomach,joints or any organ or sensitive parts of your body .

Prayer alone can't solve it.

I think you misunderstood me!
It's not a must for one to spank the flesh till one starts bleeding.
Fasting can cover the aspect of flesh mortification, and spanking the flesh is not compulsory.
I only did that based on inspiration, and I also found that it's scriptural (I quoted the scriptures that speaks about that practice)
Though you wouldn't find spanking the flesh mentioned therein, but mortification of the flesh was covered, and what a type of mortification but over - done out of frustration, and desperation.

I also called the attention of the readers to the need for carefulness, and being sensitive to the injury that practice might cause if one does that without prudence.

So it's not necessary to spank the body, and it is not biblical to find deliverance in destruction.
As it is written "do not be overcomed by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Please take note :don't hit any part of your body that are sensitive, like your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, stomach,joints and private parts etc.
I did the body hitting for only few hours, and the reason was to deactivate, and diffuse the lustful passions that were lurking in the soul.
Stop the body hitting if you notice any damage in your body and seek medical help immediately.
