Yusuf grillo, Ben Enwowu, Bruce Onabraikpeya, Ladi Kwali and many more . We grew up learning about their arts. These people are actually geniuses at what they do .

Had the privilege to be taught embryology by her in Uniben before she passed on.

I was close to the Grillos' as well. More like family friends (before he retired in the late 80s/early 90s).

The man was unique. Always on white safari suit, and he used to drive a white Mercedes. (Mrs Grillo drove a white Citreon back then, I think.)

R.I.P. Yusuf Cameron Grillo. One of the greatest artists Nigeria has ever produced.

I lost contact with them about twenty years ago.

Even back in those days when Professor Grillo was still teaching at YabaTech you will NEVER hear any staff or student speak ill of him.

Dude was a correct gentleman. Soft spoken too with a gravel like voice.

It is not easy to lose a loved one, but glory be to God for giving him many years on this Earth. May God also comfort his family during this period. Amen.

I still remember Yusuf Grillo hall at YabaTech, Lagos . Well life spent.

That's where we held meetings of the Students' Representatives Council. Crazy meetings of MAD boys. Always late night meetings.

Yusuf Grillo was a Great Man.
