At the point you feel, your feeling is growing/might grow ........

I would say not longer than 40 days......... Don't only ask (if possible, conduct a test together)...…....

To be safe ...... Is always better than sorry.......

NB: Not unless you're AA...... Then the world is your oyster........🤣😂

Even AA breakdown service, cannot stop you ......😁

It’s always difficult to debate with you, cos you go make the person laff and forget the discussion.

This topic is important to me cos I believe we need to let the word out. There are precautions to avoid the sad part. One major reason why our parents in those days had more SS case was because most didn’t know about checking genotype and there were not many solutions as at that time. Now it’s different. If you have a partner you are happy with. Then discuss and be sure you can combine faith and funds to deal with the world.

As much as I agree with you and I am happy that it worked out for your family, I will like to say that not everyone can be that lucky. While some will have all AAs, some will have all their children with SS genotype.

What if multiple pregnacies turn out to be SS? You will keep removing the foetus? Do you know how traumatic it can be? It is better not to put oneself in this situation.

You will have to be truthful in your application and apologise for overstaying. I know someone that overstayed for longer and got the same visa without any issues. So, it is possible.

Stanley123147:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently residing in the United Kingdom, having overstayed my visa by a period of two years. However, I am now looking to return to Nigeria with my wife, who is a British citizen, for the purpose of getting married. I am seeking guidance on how best to approach the issue of my overstay and how to present a compelling case for the granting of a visa.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It’s not racism.

Even black escorts don’t want black men.

Usually because of violence and aggression.

It takes about 10 working days to be full complete. So let your countdown begin, in about 3weeks max, you will be 200£ richer ☺️.

How does this affect direct debits? Do I need to make a new setup or it automatically continues on the new account?
Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AgentXxx(m): 5:32pm On Apr 06, 2023
It’s bound to be positive since you definitely have done well with the interviewer so Hr is in charge of recruitment based on the interviewer who probably might be your manager.

What A Day!

Took my theory test today.

Guess what! I failed...😃

And no, it wasn't the multiple choice questions (45/50), it was the hazard perception (37/70).

At clip 6, it flagged my clicking pattern. Marks were lost for that. Took caution and simply clicked on the real danger...the result na 37 ooo. My lesson: the exam click pattern is totally different from the 4-in-1 pattern.

I'm really pained😭 cos I messed up, having to queue again for their endless test dates.

Can't remember the last time I failed an exam/test.🤪

No wahala! We go again, this time with a bang!

Try and use clicking methods from @Driving Crawley on youtube and then smash the test.

Hello elders in the house, my credit score is 721, I want to ask if I can apply for credit card, and I bank with Monzo, I don't have any physical card, I hope that won't affect my application or should I go register for a physical bank before applying. I have been in the UK for close to 6 month now, and I just got my own apartment.

Yes you can, physical card/bank should not be a barrier.

Amex has high approval rate. Use my referral link if you wish to apply for amex credit card and we both get bonuses.

Absolutely! The dominant contest is with AI and tech in general.

Had a discussion with the heads IT operations and governance for a leading insurance group in the UK and I marvel at the disruptive impact AI is going to have on people's work. Companies are massively investing in automation and cutting out human interventions.

One thing I know is humans will evolve and survive.

LionInZion:

Yes, many careers will be rendered redundant in some years to come, and that has always been the norm since time immemorial, though it's happening at a much higher paced rate now than before.

The concern really is that people aren't getting laid off for incompetence or failure to upgrade their skills, sometimes it's because their roles have now been automated and require less human element to function.

For instance, my team shortlisted some guys for data Entry job. Just as we were about to invite them for interviews, we came across a software that can perform the role we wanted to hire them for even better. That was the end of the application. Similar thing is happening now as we've started testing GPT4 for certain tasks we had planned to hire for.

Sometimes when I remember that we would have had additional 4 or 5 team members in the past few Months, but technology made them not needed anymore, not because they lacked the necessary skills, it becomes clearer that even the smartest people could be hit by this wave.
