4 Ways To Enhance Customer Experience In 2021 by Offerservice: 5:23pm On Aug 30, 2021
You used to make a lot of sales but all of a sudden your sales reduced. It could even be that your business is stagnant and you think your village people are after you. Maybe they are, but the majority of the problems your business is facing are solely caused by you. What is your customer experience like?

One thing you should always have in mind as a business owner in 2021 is that 1,001 people are selling or providing the same services as you. The only way you can succeed in that business is to be distinct. Be distinct, maybe in terms of pricing, delivering but most importantly, customer experience.

How you interact with your customers is very important even when they are only making inquiries for later. There is no doubt that you will experience irate customers. However, you have to remember that “customer is king” and deal with them logically.
Let’s take a look at four ways to enhance customer experience.

1. Accessibility/Availability
You need to make yourself available, especially if you are running an online business. You don’t reply to your DMs after six hours of receiving them and expect the customers to take you seriously. People buy things on impulse sometimes, they move ahead the moment you do not reply to them. You have to be able to reply immediately or within 30 minutes.
If you have a website for your products, make it easy for your customers to shop on your website, do not use too many colors, and make use of legible fonts. Just make the whole process seamless. Vendors on Offerservice are so true to their businesses that they do not keep their customers waiting.

2. Personalize customer service
I am certain you have heard some banks/businesses use the phrase “1 customer bank”. Now, this does not mean that these banks/businesses have only 1 customer. It simply means that they treat every customer like the only one they have and this is where personalization comes in.
You have to treat all your customers like they are the only ones you have, give them the proper attention they deserve, and make them feel comfortable with your business.

3. Price tag your products
If you have 1000 products, ensure you price tag everything. This speaks majorly to online business owners. Stop telling people to send you a direct message (DM) for price. An average customer will assume your products are overly expensive and move on to another vendor once they see “DM for price. Always price tag your items.

4. Do follow-up/Ask for feedback
This point is not really valued but trust me, it is important. Create time to ask your customers if your product solved the problem they had and how they feel about it. Feedbacks go a long way as it may prove your originality to the next customer.

If you really want customers to come back for more, you need to put them into consideration in all areas of your business just like Offerservice does. Connect with your customers emotionally and create relationships with them
