You used to make a lot of sales but all of a sudden your sales reduced. It could even be that your business is stagnant and you think your village people are after you. Maybe they are, but the majority of the problems your business is facing are solely caused by you. What is your customer experience like?

People buy things on impulse sometimes, they move ahead the moment you do not reply to them. You have to be able to reply immediately or within 30 minutes.
