I said it before and I'm still saying it again......once Presidency is not coming to SouthEast in 2023, then let it remain in the North. Yorubas think they're the only ones good in playing useless cunny and chameleonic politics. Una dey learn. Let's see which magic una go do against 5 regions in 2023. Umu ezi 2 Likes 1 Share |

theInterpreter:Machine gun mouth. Ratatatatata.... Una too boast. Elections have been held in this country for close to a century now, the only time you guys have won the presidency is once! That's under Obasanjo, after the whole country had a pity party on you guys and allowed him take over to ameliorate the trauma you were going through following the stunning assassination of Abiola. The next time you guys have been effective in helping anyone win elections and take over the president is with Buhari! And this is majorly because Jonathan dropped the ball, became jittery and surrendered the presidency to the north on a platter. Not because one oblong eyed Lagos drug mule waved his jagaban magic wand to make that happen as you all will want the world to believe. Electorally, you were effectively trounced in the independence elections organized by the British. So much so Akintola threw caution to the wind and helped send Awolowo to jail just to rig and win the 1964 general elections. He diligently packed off to hell as a result.. Next elections in 1979, your Awolowo was mercilessly shredded again. Ditto 1983.... The One kakanfo tried to wriggle through in 1992, but was butchered and nothing happened. So I don't know where you get this wild impression of having some imaginary super natural political powers from. |

From what I think, during the formation of the APC by the founding fathers (which was majorly the SW and the Northerns) the agreement was that Northerners would field in the president first, then the SW will take over. It was because of this that the SW campaigned massively for the Northerners. So now that it's the turn of the SW you think they shouldn't take what's rightfully theirs?? |
