We are recruiting for the role of Social Media Specialist.

Responsibilities:
1. Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
2. Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
3. Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
4. Liaise with the digital team to ensure content is informative and appealing
5. Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
6. Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
8. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
9. Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
10. Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
11. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
12. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
13. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
14. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
15. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
16. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
17. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
18. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
19. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Social media strategist, Social media manager, or digital marketing manager
2. Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
3. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and how to apply these
4. Ability to identify target audience preferences and produce content to meet these preferences
5. Familiarity with web design and publishing
6. Excellent written and verbal communication٫ and multitasking skills.
7. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
8. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
9. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
10. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
11. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
12. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
13. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
14. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
