BREAKING: Zenith Labour Party Unveils Dr Obiora Okonkwo, Lady Jessie As Candidate, Running mate For Anambra

Ahead of the November 6 governorship election in Anambra state, the Zenith Labour Party on Wednesday unveiled High Chief Dr Obiora Okonkwo and Dame Jessie as the party's governorship and deputy governorship candidates respectively.

The unveiling, which was done at the National Secretariat of the party in Garki, Abuja, had the party's national chairman, Chief Dan Nwayanwu, Chief Okonkwo, Lady Jessie, executive members of the party, and other supporters.

At the event, Chief Okonkwo, who was handed the flag of the party by Chief Nwayanwu, assured party members and stakeholders of the resolve to deliver for the party.

Chief Okonkwo further explained to ZLP stakeholders on how the party is seen as a consensus by all stakeholders in the state irrespective of affiliation, and gave his assurances of success.

He also explained the legal bottlenecks on the part of candidates of the major parties to the cheering of party members.
