Hello everyone please help me out
Since 3 weeks now I notice anytime I urinate I do feel a sharp pain inside my penis after urinating, like 20 seconds the pain disappears and after I shake my penis off everything’s normal back.. I ignored it not until I notice it happens every time I want to urinate, now the pain is becoming more severe but after like 20 seconds after unrinating and shaking off my penis it goes away.. also I urinate like close to 20 times a day I’m not exaggerating its the truth.. and I haven’t had sex in a long time. I checked Google, but it brings different answers which many results says it’s bladder problem or urinary infections, please what can I do it to treat it, it’s getting severe..

Also has it happened to anyone, please tell me what you use to treat it
