The one room self apartment that I'm currently living somewhere in Surulere has been sold since March of this year.

Just recently, a notice of change of owner was served and consequently, a notice to quit followed suits.

We have few months left to vacate the premises.

Please, is there anyone with an available room self contain within Surulere or environs.

The stories I'm hearing from Agents here is not encouraging at all.
