I am surprised you're comparing military administration with democratic government and also at a point where country is not do divided along religion and ethnic lines. Since last time Buhari handed over to Osinbajo while traveling and the guy implemented some policies that impacted the economy greatly before arrival of Buhari to the extent of removing DSS boss. Has Buhari handed over to him since then?
