But we already have ministry of Agriculture with a department overseeing that concern.

Sometimes, it's irritating when a person or group thinks or supposes that the world revolves around him/them alone.

With all the crunching economy, severally important matters unattended to because of shortage of funds coupled with the huge amount of money going to debt servicing; a cattle rearer who do not contribute anything reasonable to the economy is of the view that a new ministry should be created in addition to the functions of the agric ministry.
