Kindly make it clear to her that hackers have several ways to hack your Facebook account, if she’s not logged in on someone else’s device, and she’s sure of the strength of her PW, then she must have clicked on a link sent to her by one of her friends there on FB. Ask her if she received a broadcast message from any of her friend list saying “click and forward”
