Simple arithmetic; 13,000-2,500=10,500 withdrawn by Trump (someone who is not handing over to taliban abi)

Did Taliban kept their side of the commitments? YES- No attack on US or its interests.

Why would trump not obey the agreement he signed?

If you have excuse for that, then only hypocrisy can make one to condemn Taliban and excuse someone who signed an agreement he was never committed to.
