A reputable organization into sales of Laboratory apparatus in Ilupeju seeks to recruit a Field sales executive who would be responsible for marketing and selling products to bringing in revenue. They are also the liaison between the organization and clients.

Job Description
* Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
* Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
* Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
* Establishing new business links
* Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
* Sales reporting and reviewing performance
* Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both
* Working towards achieving the sales target
* Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs
* Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
* Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
* Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

Job Requirement
* OND/HND in Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Building technology, Marketing and its equivalent
* 0 to 2yrs years of experience in similar role
* Passion for field work + travelling is an advantage

Male preferably for gender balance

Salary: First 6months N40k fixed + N50k Imprest (T/fare) monthly + commission 2% of sales initiated with target given.
After 6 months gets only Imprest + commission with target. OR based on salary only as -
(I) N100k, gets N5m monthly target
(ii) N150k, gets N7.5m monthly target
(iii) N200k, gets N10m target monthly
(iv) N250k, gets N12.5m target monthly
(v) N300k, gets N15m target monthly

Note: If target not met, You get prorata income based on performance and marketing of glass & plastic wares, drainage pipes, trunkings and furniture
