I’ve used both cars. This Lexus IS rugged and the fuel consumption is not bad. And the Benz is small for a guy with its basic dashboard and not all has reverse camera. The Benz is a bit feminine. if you are a Man Man buy Lexus and enjoy the rugged ride. Buy the Benz if you want to impress dumb chicks.

the Benz GLK is a compact SUV and its direct match should be the RAV4. The actual SUV for the RX to compare is the ML 2008. I guess the OP deliberately brought a Mercedes step child to compare with.

You said the GLK doesn't come with rear camera , did the RX of 2008 come with one? I think not.

And yes the GLK is meant for smaller adults and females. In every other departments it trumps the RX which is a Camry on stilts.

If you have money to spend for maintenance then go for the Benz, otherwise I will pick the rx350 because it's a everyday drive kind of vehicle. Durable and easy to maintain just follow the specified maintenance schedules.

My brother na you know wetin you want for either of the 2 model so go for anyone of it your personal maintenance goes a long way to ascertain how the vehicle will last

Mercedes usually have electrical fault, Key sensor issue, brain box fault, Rx 350 is good, easy to maintain, always service engine and gear box.. that is the prime soluction, to enjoy your Rx 350.
