I really feel pity for those whose lands will house the Farm Land Estates.

If locals are engaged in Agriculture, they have their own land.

Why is the FG excisioning parts of indigenous land for a Farm Land Estate that will house foreigners.

This is the basic sign of intrusion. And the consequences are dire.

States should establish farm settlements not federal government..if not Nigerian that is not a useless country, agriculture is supposed to be states driven... federal government is supposed to buy off excess food produce,process & stores in strategic reserves to maintain stable prices & to serves for food security in time of food scarcity.

Communities have land for farming and rearing animals and do not need an estate or whatever it is called.

If you want to support the farmer genuinely, you can do so without the hidden agenda of an integrated estate which becomes federal

government property and will be used to "Integrate" foreigners, majority who are going on a killing spree all around Nigeria. That community

you are touting will be killed off and the marauders will take over the property with tacit support from the sabotaged and infiltrated FG.

like I said earlier, when you reason with a biased mind, opportunities pass you by. in the write up, it was specifically stated community based and across the 109 senatorial district. pray tell, where does the word foreigner come in? or don't communities know their members again! now, on the issue of an estate, there is what is called economics of scale, what it does is that it brings the per unit price of a product down, reduces inefficiencies, and aids support with minimal effort. for example, a community in say Ebonyi state with tendencies of rice planting. planting and harvest periods will be a general thing in the community. so government can provide mechanization, crop health experts, best practice and storage at little cost.

You are just repeating the dubious thoughts of your feudal masters. You can empower the farmers without creating "estates". The farmers own farmlands in various locations. Give farm inputs if you want to. But assuming ownership of lands is not accepted given that you have tried repeatedly to use the respected office of all to acquire and annex land for tribal affiliates who coincidentally you do nothing as they go on a killing spree nationwide. It is your mind that is biased or worse, clouded with morsels you recieve.
