Two of my friends thought I had mental problem before getting to know me, and right now someone complaining seriously about it.. but I'm fine oo, like I know I'm fine, it's just that I overthink alot, like damn alot and I think that's the problem.. sometimes I do wish I could fall into coma so as to take a break from my mind.. omoh I'm tired of all this abeg.. please I need advice

Buy a book and carry it plus a pen around. Create a journal of these thoughts and watch them reduce to nothing when you maintain the habit. I always create a diary on any social media platform I register on. Those fleeting thoughts have to go somewhere.
