I think it starts from the home, the type of movies they watch at home makes them want to do those things in school.
In this aspect parent can strictly control the movies they allow their kids watch.
And also control the content on their phones or computers.
I caught a jss3 student, a girl, on an early morning in school around 7:30 watching porn on her andriod device, i was shocked, i stood at her back up to a minuite to be sure i wasnt dreaming, then i ceased the phone... And she start begging and so on...
Imagine such a student will be looking for avenue to practise those things she's watching, and her fellow classmates or male teachers will her target.
So, i think parents have a lot of work to do here, by scrutinizing the contents their children watch at home, on tv, computers and phones.

It's vital for the male teacher to know that he'll be the one to lose out. As an educator, you have an 'in-loco parentis' duty which means you're to act in the position of a parent. If an underage girl seduces you and you get intimate with her, the society will blame you, you may lose your means of livelihood and tarnish your image in the process.

I had an experience while serving as a school teacher in a school in Katsina GGSS Rogogo, Zango. It was a boarding school, only girls. During my NYSC, those students were always seeing me as one General Idiagbon....I was not too friendly neither was I too harsh. In fact, I didnt beat any student throughout. They only thing as a teacher is to set a standard that you can maintain....once u r known for it, u wont run into problems.
My second experience was post NYSC; where I was appointed as a HT in a private primary sch...One fateful morning, the Eng. teacher brought a girl in primary six to me for disciplinary actions..... She allegedly professed her love for her HT in a letter which she mistakenly kept in the assignment book she submitted to the class teacher (Oboy come and see sexual fantasies wey full d girl head as contained in her letter).
No corporal punishment so wht will I do? I learnt she hated maths.....So I only asked her to go be writing I love mathematics during break times for one week which will be enforced by the class teacher. Automatically, no break for her for one week.Oh no!!

Well there is this particular girl who texted me on WhatsApp among them I don’t know how she got my number . I know what is likely to happen but I decided to give her benefit of doubt, since she lives close to my house and I’m new to the area as a corper . So the conversation has been very casual and short tho funny sometimes. There was a day I posted a cold emoji or meme and she replied the cold is much sir or another time when she was like “ we will come and greet you hope you won’t be hash on us SIR “ , told her they shouldn’t bother . Until one day when she called me dear . Before then I have told my colleagues about her , one was like I should call her out in the class and warn her but I didn’t do that . So when she called me “my dear “ damn . I didn’t scold her but I made it clear to her that we shouldn’t have any conversation that goes beyond student- teacher conversation again that is if it’s not about the subject I’m taking her she shouldn’t bother . Well that did the trick . And that’s the only direct experience. But I have caught many of the girls times without number both in class or when I’m just chilling in staff room staring at me in a funny Way or let’s say seductively kinda . I have seen them flirt with permanent staffs so it like a normal to them . ( kinda enjoy the attention haha ) but it ends there . They cannot come and implicate me .
