Simon Ekpa has reacted to CNN's report on Biafra and Kanu's arrest. In the documentary, Stephanie Busari said "Nnamdi Kanu, a separatist leader, who has been on the run since 2015 was arrested in June and extradited from Kenya back to Nigeria."

This didn't go down well with IPOB members who described the documentary as biased, irresponsible and demonic

Reacting, Simon Ekpa, a self-styled disciple of Nnamdi Kanu, described the report as "the most unprofessional and absurd report" he has listened to.

His words:
