There’s more to the story . The teenager obviously was rude to the man.

So he deserved to die for being rude? Really?

All these people picking fights with others dont even care to find out what their opponents might be dealing with. One fatal blow....the killer would wish he could turn back the hands of time fa. It is well....let's just take things easy biko. Good rest to the deceased.

No be only to arrest him, they should ensure he is jailed for life for cutting short a life he can't create
Take it easy, this is not an intentional act, this very situation can happen to almost anyone of us.
You saw a younger person doing the wrong thing(dropping waste at wrong place which if allowed will frustrate your own work) then you call him to come back and do the right thing, maybe along the line everything turned upside down in a twinkle of eyes).
May God protect us from walking corpse

However, another staff identified as Biggy was alleged to have asked Ugonna to arrest the victim for disposing of his waste outside the receptacle.

Ugonna allegedly went after the boy, dragged him back, and gave him a blow that sent Ogbonna to the tarred surface of the road and he died instantly.

What exactly is Biggy's offence to warrant him being declared wanted?
He's only a witness

This can only happen when you work with anger or you dont like your job.
Why not resign rather than venting it on an innocent boy.

Now you will spen the rest of your days behind bars.
