Every individual of whatever class and race have a different level of attitude. This attitude is often being assessed by the level of involvement in the performance of any assigned responsibility. It is the attitude that often paves the way for behavioral action which ultimately influences productivity that enhances development.

Attitude and Productivity have largely been studied through which various factor has found to be responsible for some level of relationship.

It is argued, that work attitude tends to be more favorable when some level of affection, recognition, friendliness, and indeed, freedom is allowed to enhance productivity.

The same is true, where these basic elements are lacking, it no doubt, breed some level of negativity, the like of low moral with low productivity.

Any unfavorable work attitude could often result in a poor relationship and lack of recognition, inequitable environment, and insecurity with lack of development. It must be emphasized though, that the individuals will become dissatisfied with the working environment, the result of which is low ethical value through which the process may inhibit some level of attitude detrimental to productivity and development.

It will be observed that when productivity and development are adversely affected, any form of advancement and objective, no doubt, suffer, of which the consequences are hitches of unexpected discrepancies. It is pertinent, therefore, to note that a procedure must be laid down in the identification of both these ethical values and standards to establish and guide the conduct, attitude, and behavior in the system.

The same is true that the success of any system of any kind, no doubt, come to depend to large extent, what l may call attitudinal factors toward any increase of productivity and development coupled with some level of self-discipline that often assists to develop principles to guide general feelings, conduct, and behaviors.
And indeed, this is what can sustain the necessary drivers with positive decisions taken with any set of goals and objectives for the sake of the collective well-being at any given time.
