Fully enforced health insurance system is long overdue

Which is only possible if we all are willing to pay the tax rate for it.

France has a great health insurance system. They also have a tax to.gdp ratio of 46% .

The UK has the NHS which they pay for partly by a tax to gdp ratio of 34%

Nigeria has a tax to.gdp ratio of 6.1% plus whatever free healthcare we have is paid for mostly by oil money and by the loans we take not by taxes.

If we want good healthcare we have to tax everyone from the rich to herdsmen, farmers, beggars, informal sector workers and so on at very high rates.

But evrytime it is suggested...

By the way NHIS is there. It does not pay for everything but it does pay for somethings
