Calabar-odukpani-itu-ikot ekpene road, since 2016 they budgeted monies for that road till today nothing. Earlier this month fashola mentioned the road again, but today my friend came in from uyo to calabar, i asked him about the ongoing work,he said nothing is happening there.
2016 6billion was budgeted for that project, kemi adeosun during budget defense said 100percent of capital expenditure funds for 2016 budget was released, meanwhile nothing was done on that said road.

And i asked again should we in calabar, uyo or port harhourt be happy?
