The Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa have appointed 4 different Commissioners for the Ministry of Education.
They are;
1. Commissioner for Basic Education
2. Commissioner for Secondary Education
3. Commissioner for Higher Education
4. Commissioner for Technical Education
It is surprisingly that a state gets 4 commissioners for just one ministry while the entire country is run by one minister of education.
All this commissioners will get their Prado very soon.

That's probably why Delta State VAT remained disappointing- the Governor seems to be creating more jobs for the politicians instead of letting the private sector investments lead in job creation.

There's nothing like ministry of secondary education, so how will there be a commissioner? We have basic and secondary, higher education, and tertiary. That's just 3.

No commissioner works without a ministry, and every ministry has workers, so the workers in those ministry are they still politicians too?

Let's not be too quick to criticize politicians, to be youth president for church sef no easy, talk more of Governor

This is called "job for the Boys syndrome" . The Governor may be helpless in this wasteful appointments, due how politics is being played in Delta State.

IPOB are CONFUSED

Previous governors created several ministries and agencies, they call it "empowerment" over here. It is a means of rewarding political loyalists in which governor Okowa decided not to abolish.

Okowa, Big mouth no brain.
Since 1999,Delta have not had a good governor.
Their only achievement is to construct roads.
Asaba textile mill is dead, DSC is a scrap yard, All the sea port in Delta is shut down.
And someone will say we have a governor, spits.
