Nigeria Judicial System Is Too Kind On Heinous Criminals. by Akintundexxy: 12:52pm On Sep 22, 2021
The judiciary system is far too merciful on merciless criminals who perpetrated heinous acts that are criminal.
It saddens my heart whenever I see hardened criminals being given light sentences by the court.
Example is a young man who gruesomely murdered a woman and also mother of two children. This man was given just 28 years imprisonment. The act was premeditated, it is first degree murder, the sentence should be life imprisonment or condemnation to death. Why does our legal system have to dispense judgement with mercy on people that are merciless? My opinion.
