6 Months Forex Challenge. by Nobody: 8:36am On Sep 26, 2021
I am back again. To push myself to higher limits .
In my previous challenge. Link below.
https://www.nairaland.com/6479984/12-months-forex-challenge
I challenged myself to make a compound profit of 30% per month. Though I succeeded but I got bored after 5 months plus.

However in this challenge I am shortening it to 6months instead of the previous 12months target in my former challenge.

Here is the challenge:

Account: $500
Monthly compounding profit: 50%
Max DD: 20%
Average Risk to Reward: 1:6
Risk per trade: 2 to 3%
Minimum Win rate: 50%
Leverage: 1:500
Target Balance after 6 months: $5,500
Use of SL in 75% of my trade ( I have not used SL in years. So it's a challenge for my psychology)

Note: There was too much fight in my previous trade challenge because of too much negative energy. However, I will not be responding to any unconstructive negative comment.

It's called a challenge because it's a difficult task.
It's called a challenge because there is room for failure.

Like in my previous challenge, I am hopeful to come out a Winner again. In as much as FX is a game of probability and many people barely make 5% in a month, winning requires a positive mindset and I must safe guard mine.

Is a leverage of 1:500 not too high and risky?

I use ForexChief and their leverage is automatic. They have preset leverage for different account size. The bigger the account the lesser the leverage. I will not be over leveraging though.
