PHOTONEWS: Sports Minister Hosts Counterpart From Algeria, Egypt, Discuss Areas Of Bilateral Cooperation

Minister of Youth And Sports Development, Sunday Dare today hosted his counterparts from Algeria and Egypt, Abderezak Sebgag and Prof Ashraf Sobhy respectively at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja where they discussed areas of bilateral cooperation on youth and sports development.

Dare emphasised the need to look at areas of leverage between Nigeria and his guest countries, citing the need to focus on youth involvement in Sports, programmes on Youth development and strengthening cooperation and partnership between the three countries, in that regard.

The Algerian and Egyptian Ministers, accompanied by the host Minister later took a tour of facilities at the stadium. They expressed satisfaction at the state of maintenance of the stadium, particularly the renovated football pitch, commending Dare for his tenacity in attracting private sector partnership in sports development.
