Our client, WABI, COCA COLA, is currently looking for Retail Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates must be friendly and comfortable speaking to strangers. Able to think outside the box and be creative with solutions. Able to use a smartphone and train others to use an app.

Responsibilities

• Register retailers on to the Wabi2B platform(COCA COLA)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all customers
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce and apps functionality
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Ability to communicate concisely at Grassroots level and capable of building trusting relationships
• Minimum of National Diploma
• Must be available to start immediately
• Employment Type - Temporary
