These pictures brought tears to my eyes. A young soul out hustling at such an early age just to feed, burdened with the responsibility of family support at such a young age. Children should be banned from hawking on the streets and roads. It is child labor.

I just imagine this little boy spirit trying to stay back to see if any one will rush home to the hospital for them to put him on life support or paramedics will rush to the scene on time to save him, but we don't have all this things here, instead we snap pics

In my opinion, in cases such as this I think whoever that rushes to break these sad news must have made sure he or she had tried to help the victim by way of reporting to the relevant authorities before rushing to broadcast such incidents.

We gain nothing by simply rushing to put it out in the public domain without having tried to save that soul.

We musn't forget it could be anyone.

If you can't help a victim in danger you don't have the moral right to post it(except you are posting to the relevant authority first).

The problem with this picture is simple...we all said the same thing ten years ago, with the same pictures and we also said the same thing twenty years ago with the same pictures....and we all blame government

Yet, no one is blaming the driver of the car for not driving properly. And anytime governors up North try to stop hawking....the people complain about 'poverty'.

Also, we are a resource dependent nation, not a nation dependent on industries and taxes. At the end of the day, we don't have enough cash for all of us, and limited investment , which means limited jobs and revenue.

I share your sentiment. Government is wasting resources in establishing and funding more universities. 12 years of basic education should be compulsory and free. Universal basic education should be under exclusive list of FG. We even need more technical education than universities.
