I do not think that Yorubas lay claim to ownership of Kwara state. It is common knowledge that there are indigenous Fulanis in Kwara.

The FG should quickly fish out the killers of the innocent fulani heardsman and let the full weight of the law apply. We do not need any reprisal attacks similar to what is happening in Plateau and Kaduna states in Kwara state known for peaceful coexistence among the different indigenous tribes.

Mixed indeed. By your logic, every country or state in the world is mixed because no community in the world is 100% homogeneous. Fulani population in Kwara is not more than 10%.
