Lol just organise your telegram. Delete channels and groups that are not important. Some channels do the same thing, like Nigerian news channels they give out news regarding Nigeria, but you might find someone having about 3 Nigerian news channels, it is too much, one is enough.

I noticed that many people don't know the difference between group chats and channels in telegram.
