First an aide turned commissioner was accused for attempted rape. Thereafter, Abidemi Rufai the yahoo plus aide/Special assistant to the Governor was arrested. Now The Governor has a kidnapper as his aide.

This guy is just throwing a banter, he is just bragging how powerful he is that he ordered guys to ferry an LG chairman to appear before him
