I'm at a dilemma now. I bought a nexus fridge sometime in 2016 but to be honest this fridge hasn't lived up to expectations in the sense that the ice doesn't last up to 24 hours to de-freeze when there is no power supply

I want to buy another one now but the problem I have is getting a good brand that can retain ice for at least 72 hours because our power supply here is not all that reliable and also the fridge should be energy efficient.

Help me with what you have dear friends

No refrigerator can retain ice for upto 72hrs(3days) it can only chill small if you have plenty water inside.... you can try thermocool product,.

Thermocool chest freezer can do that once it the opening door not too frequent.

I recommend thermocool. But reduce the rate of opening the fridge.
