But this has nothing to do with tuition nau!
The scheme, is similar to SIWES allowance/stipend, but this one is only for those studying education programs both at degree and NCE level.
I think it is a good idea, but I think requirements to enter education programs should accordingly be jacked up!

I see it as a monumental waste as it won’t trickle down to everyone..

They can set up a fund for student loans as is obtainable in other countries

These monies won’t eventually be used for anything meaningful
