Is millitary still ruling in Nigeria?

From News, I heard about bomb explotions and so on.

Gradually we'll ease them out. but they are not out completely yet.
I am convinced that in the way and manner Jonathan emerged, the grip of the military (both active and retired) is gradually weakening.

But we need to be vigilant, we need to do more.
