I initiated school fees payment from GTBank to a school in UK on September 22nd. I got a debit alert and email on 30th September. The payment processing company has asked me to get SWIFT MT103 document from my bank which my account officer interpreted as a Telex Copy. Since last week Friday, my account officer in Owerri has requested for this telex copy and as I am typing I have not seen anything in my email. My account officer is in Owerri but I also went to their branch in Abuja where I am currently last Tuesday and a staff there sent a request in my presence. Does it take this long to get a telex copy from GTBank? I still have the complete school fees to pay, will I still use GTBank? |
