Over the week, many Gombe HOA members joined PDP. In what appeared a planned deal, many APC in Kaduna joined PDP.
Why Tinubu should be worried:
1. Has the law ratified Buni as chairman of APC and governor of Yobe state?
2. Why was there a glitch in the legal interpretation instituted by Tinubu camp and Buni?
3. Why is everyone, except northern APC who think Buni is legitimate?
Answers:
Northern APC are only waiting for PDP to zone presidency to north and tsunami will happen.
But PDP didn't want outcry from southern folks, especially SE who naturally, should be accorded permission of first refusal. So they played APC by zoning national chairman to north, while working behind the scene to calm frayed nerves. This move alone has unsettled APC.

If north get PDP ticket and South get APC ticket; what Malami will simply do is allow the legal fireworks instituted by Tinubu camp on legality of Buni. Boom! All the documents signed by Buni will be invalid including, the congresses since the party constitution doesn't recognize him and Nigeria constitution bar holding two executive posts.
This will wreck APC and Tinubu camp will bear the blame, since the sued the party.
This is why the VP does not want the Congress to go on, while Malami is pushing for it.
