Nigerians worship their pastors. Their pastor is sinless. He can never lie. Every word that comes out of his mouth is true. It doesn't matter how absurd it sounds, like angels sending money into bank accounts or the pastor having tea with God, as long as their pastor said it, then it's most definitely true.

Their country is falling apart. They've got more churches and mosques than health care centres. Nigeria is the hotbed of all sorts of conspiracy theories which a shockingly large amount of people believe. For example, in this time and age, some of them believe that the earth is flat, or that the vaccine is of the "devil". It's to no surprise how these absurd conspiracies have such a hard grip on them, given how ignorance and illiteracy is celebrated in the country.

Nigerians want the kidnappings to end, but at the same time, they are not willing to let go of some superstitious beliefs that encourage those kidnappings in the first place. That's why you see innocent people getting kidnapped by ignorant fools who think a certain deity will give them wealth in exchange for the blood of a virgin, and yes I am talking about this thing called "money ritual". The Nollywood industry is also in on this, they keep making movies that depict people getting rich after murdering a family member, because they know that's what their target demographic believes in.

Churches are easy businesses, some might even call them, the "perfect scam". The church pays no taxes, it's demographic is literally a scammer's wet dream and politicians pander around them. It is much easier to start a church than a business in Nigeria.

The Nigerians themselves are homophobic hypocrites. No wonder, the country ranked 4th among the 150+ countries that watches the most gay pornographic videos on the internet. So homophobic, yet so homoerotic *spits*. In public, Everybody dey form holy holy, but they know what they do in private, in their respective incognito browser tabs. Hypocrisy runs deep in their blood, they are one of the most religious nations in the world, yet somehow they are also one of the most corrupt.

Oh no, I am not done pointing out the hypocrisy of Nigerians, they want the freedom to practice their religion, but they are not willing to extend that freedom to non-Abrahamic religions. The Christians, themselves take pride in assaulting traditional worshippers, calling them derogatory names and even burning their places of worship (shrines) without batting an eyelid. But if a church is burned down, all hell will break loose, and the Christians will cry, "persecution", how ironical.

If you don't have anything meaningful to add, don't reply.

Any deity that requires a human being for sacrifice is a fake deity.

In the traditional world, a cow/horse is equivalent to a human.

This is just a note to those guys that kill people for sacrifice.

Any deity that requires any form of sacrifice whether human/animal is fake.

Then why did God ask Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac?

Then God later told him to bring a sheep.

This is to tell you that a sheep is equivalent to a human being for a God.

Does that mean that your Bible God is fake?

Lol, the story of Adam, God and Isaac is a really interesting one. It really depicts the cult like behaviour of most religious people. I'm sorry but if a voice came up to me and asked me to kill my son, I will tell it, "No" and probably also get my self checked for schizophrenia. But what did Abraham do? A voice asked him to sacrifice his son and He literally agreed, that's not faithfulness, that cultish behaviour.

The god of the old testament is sort of an a-hole, take that Job story for example.

I understand that this is your Opinion.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions.

I agree with you that if a voice tells me to sacrifice my only son, I will curse that voice.

But I don't agree with you about the God's of each testaments.

God is God, whether old or new testament.

The problem here is the way the bible was structured by drunks

So many conflicting stories.

Now I see the bible as a mere story book for entertainment purposes.

What adherents don't understand is religion doesn't provide any more power than what is already capable in nature so if people don't work toward success of any kind that venture will not succeed. As it is said "God dey!" is the motto of the powerless, if you sell your power to religion you will become powerless and start uttering useless panaceas like "God dey". Yo will only see the success you are involved in making possible.

Imagine thinking that constructive criticism is equivalent to an attack. You are the ones who demonize any one/thing that is not Christian. Yea, you are pointing fingers at me when you are the one doing the attacking.
