I Apologize if this my write-up is not on the right section.
Recently I've been battling with something with a bank I have account with, fcmb precisely. I have a current account with the mentioned bank and I used it(the account statement) last year to get a loan from SPECTA which I've finished servicing and hoping to get another one for the coming season only to be told that "I once had a Dishonored cheque" with fcmb that I should visit them and ask of review on my credit report.
It's getting to one month that I'm trying to resolve the issue with fcmb to no avail.
Please have someone had a similar situation and what will I do?
