I think women are like black Americans, their marginalisation idea is more in their head than reality.
The world has since moved past these kind of discrimination. Apart from a few misogynistic men and underage nairaland boys, most people have come to reality that women have as much rights and privileges as men.

Our bosses and female colleagues are women. Top company executives and business women are women. Top politicians and head of countries are women.
