Op..Niger can never be the safest state in the North...and Ebonyi is actually the worst state in the East to serve..very poor state. With no light, they dont pay corpers infact once dey know you are a corper they will exploit you if you no be street.

I served in Niger state. When I served the light situation is just normal like other places, some hours on and off. Then they paid us 3k monthly.

Anambra pays 8,500. Why is Oyo not on the list, I heard the governor promised to increase the allowance from 5k to 15k some months back

You should never use Niger state and safe in the same sentence. The same Niger where Boko haram has captured several communities and host their flags and you used safest. It's not just a promise, corpers are already collecting 15k monthly in oyo. I'm a corp member also serving in oyo. So right now in Nigeria, Oyo is the highest paying state
