My own is that that word “manual” should be expunged from the Electoral Act entirely.

Before INEC will use Electronic Transmission in the South and Manual Transmission in the north which will allow them put in fictitious numbers.

Again, Senate has no business how Political Parties nominate their candidates. Making a law that every party must use Direct Primaries just makes them horrible interlopers.

Who’s fooling who? If NASS was serious they would’ve made electronic transmission of results a law and not leave it to INEC to decide.

This was the same INEC In 2019 demonstrating to Nigerians on Channels TV how they will electronically transmit results. After the election, they denied transmitting elections electronically in order to secure victory for the despot in Aso Rock. NASS has again left it to the discretion of INEC instead of making it mandatory, so that they can fool Nigerians twice. See for yourself:
