U need a good rider who will not disappoint you. Riders are the driving wheels of the business. And most riders are not reliable.

Having a good Rider is good but it is best when you ride yourself.
Also you can as well talk to some logistics companies to always share with you some of their delivery items and you get paid that is if your custome base is not robust yet.
